Parcel Locker Price Enquiry

Tell us about the building and we will send a quote. Only the name and email fields are required. The more you add (lots or beds, parcels a day, the cells you think you need), the closer our first reply will be to the final price. Not sure how many cells? Parcel locker sizes explains how to work it out, or leave those fields blank and we will size it for you.

Rough guide: A small bank of about 10 cells with a courier touchscreen typically comes in at a few thousand dollars, roughly A$3,000–7,000 ex GST. A building system of 50–100 cells is roughly A$12,000–30,000 ex GST. On top of that there is a flat monthly software fee of around A$150 per building, with no per-parcel or resident fees. Delivery and installation are quoted per site, and your quote fixes the price.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a parcel locker cost?

As a rough guide, a small bank of about 10 cells with a courier touchscreen typically comes in at a few thousand dollars, roughly A$3,000–7,000 ex GST, and a building system of 50–100 cells is roughly A$12,000–30,000 ex GST. There is also a flat monthly software fee of around A$150 per building, with no per-parcel or resident fees. Delivery and installation are quoted per site, and your quote fixes the price.

Why don't you show an exact price online?

Because the price depends on things a web form cannot see: the cell mix your parcels need, chilled or outdoor cabinets, where the bank goes, power and data at that spot, and delivery and installation to your suburb. We would rather send one written quote that holds than an online figure that moves later.

What happens after I send a price enquiry?

We reply by email with questions if we need them, then a quote and a layout drawing for your lobby, mailroom or shop. If you are a strata scheme with a meeting coming up, tell us the date and we will include a one-page summary the strata manager can attach to the notice.

What does reserving a first-run slot involve?

A reservation holds a place in the first production run while we draw up the layout and agree the cell mix and branding with you. Reserving is free. A refundable deposit is asked for only after you approve the drawing and the quote, and that approval starts the lead time of about 8–12 weeks.

Why do you ask what price feels too expensive?

Because we are setting the price for the first production run and would rather hear it from buyers than guess. The four questions are optional and do not change your quote.
